Accommodation
3. What’s the accommodation situation like?
We will be setting up bell tents in the historic and scenic designed landscape of Falkland Estate. There will be camp-beds in the bell tents, but please note that bedding is not provided as standard. Please bring a sleeping bag with you, or let us know in your booking form if this is not possible and we will organise something for you.
More details on the bell tents can be found here. Toilets and wash facilities will be in the Stables complex situated opposite the bell tent site.
There will be a fire hearth in the heart of the bell tent village for the group to gather, get to know each other and perhaps sing a song or two.
Parking for up to 49 cars is available just 30 meters away.
Bed and breakfast accommodation within Falkland Village can be arranged at a supplement. This will be shared accommodation which will be allocated randomly. Details of all the amenities and the location of your accommodation will be sent to you once booking has been confirmed.
4. What if I bring my own tent? Would that affect the total fee for me?
You are most welcome to do so. The fee will be the same.
5. Is there a possibility to stay extra nights (before/ after) ?
You are more than welcome to do this, but we must ask that you organise this yourself directly with the property owners. A list can be provided.

Fees
10. I am very keen to attend but I can’t afford the full fee. Are the sponsorship options available to me?
Can I be a volunteer/ offer work exchange in return for a lower/ no fee?
If we can afford it within the overall economy, we are all responsible to make the economy harmonise.
11. Are there any ways to bring down the overall fee (bring my own tent, my own food…)?
Not really as we have tried to make this as affordable as possible already, and mentioned the total lowest price as fees so as to cover costs.
12. I can afford to pay a higher fee. How would that work?
Fantastic. We've planned the fee to cover basic costs. If you can afford to pay a higher amount (what you feel is fair), it would help subsidise the fees for those who might not be able to afford it. Thank you for your generosity.
